Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Can book tours directly from the front desk and rent scooters. In the centre of town with lots of restaurant options around and close to the caves. Definitely would recommend if you're visiting Phong Nha!

"A little older property, but clean and affordable and very helpful staff. A bit far from some things but they have bikes which made exploring easy. Even helped me get a birthday cake for my son while we were there!"
